Your agreement

Withdraw from the sharing agreement

You can withdraw from the result-sharing agreement within 14 days of making it. Withdrawing ends the agreement and stops sharing. It is separate from deleting what you have already shared, which is the control above.

Pause our use of what you sent

You can ask us to keep your attempts and stop using them. They stay where they are, out of the comparison figures and out of the work we do on question difficulty, until you ask us to start again. This is not stopping, which ends future sharing, and it is not deleting.

Take a copy of what we hold

This makes one file with every attempt this browser has sent, and the record of your agreement, your pause, your stopping and your withdrawal where those exist. It reads every page rather than the first one.

Correcting a record, and moving your data

An attempt is a record of a test you took, so we cannot replace a score with a different one. Where a record here does not match what happened, use the pause control above and write to us at info@testonome.eu. We check it, correct what is wrong on our side, and tell you what we found. Where we do not agree, we keep what you told us with the record of your request.

The right to have data moved to another company covers data held because you agreed to it, or because it was needed to carry out a contract with you. We hold your attempts on a different basis, our own legitimate interest, which the privacy notice sets out; we hold the agreement records because the law requires it. So that right does not apply here. The copy above is still yours to take, and it is a machine-readable file.

Where we cannot deal with a request, we say so and why. If you are unhappy with how we handled one, write to us at info@testonome.eu. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

This control clears this browser and nothing else. It does not remove an attempt you have already sent. It removes the code that reaches those attempts, so afterwards we may be unable to connect them to you. To have them removed, use the control above first.
